Each service area is an opportunity to use your gifts, strengthen the church, love others, and live as an ambassador of Jesus wherever God has placed you.

HOSPITALITY
Create a warm and welcoming environment where every person feels seen, loved, and invited to belong.
PRODUCTION
Work alongside pastors, speakers, and the worship team to create a Sunday worship environment that helps attendees focus on worship, hearing God’s Word, and responding to what God is doing.
WORSHIP
Lead the church family in praising God and responding to Him through music, prayer, and song.
WAYS TO SERVE
- Welcome people as they arrive, including first-time guests
- Help people find their way, find seating, and get their questions answered
- Prepare and serve coffee, water, or refreshments
- Help create a joyful and caring environment before and after service
WAYS TO SERVE
- Support audio, sound, lighting, and interpretation systems
- Manage presentation slides, worship lyrics, and other service visuals
- Support livestream, video, and camera setup and operation
- Assist with stage setup, troubleshooting, and service flow behind the scenes
WAYS TO SERVE
- Sing or play an instrument
- Help lead congregational worship
- Participate in rehearsals and prepare spiritually and musically for Sunday gatherings
- Help create a Christ-centered worship environment that encourages joy, reverence, and unity
BLVD KIDS
Create a safe, joyful, and age-appropriate environment where children can learn about Jesus, experience God’s love, and begin building a foundation of faith.
BLVD YOUTH
Walk alongside middle and high school students to find a place to belong, build meaningful relationships, explore their faith, and learn to follow Jesus.
DISCIPLESHIP
Encourage people to grow as followers of Jesus in discipleship environments through Scripture, prayer, community, and practical learning.
WAYS TO SERVE
- Teach children about Jesus and help them understand God’s Word
- Assist in classrooms with activities, crafts, and other needs
- Welcome families and help with check-in
- Help create a safe and fun environment where children are cared for with patience and love
WAYS TO SERVE
- Lead small group conversations and mentor students
- Welcome new students and help with youth gatherings
- Support games, activities, and events
- Build meaningful relationships, pray with and for students, and help them grow in faith, community, and purpose
WAYS TO SERVE
- Lead or assist BLVD Groups, or learning communities
- Welcome participants and help prepare or organize materials
- Help new believers grow in their faith and encourage spiritual growth
- Pray with people and help others take their next step in following Jesus
EVENTS
Create spaces where people can connect, build relationships, serve our neighbors, and experience the life of BLVD Church together.
SUPPORT
Strengthen the mission of BLVD Church through important behind-the-scenes work that allows ministries to serve with excellence and care.
